Nikhil was extraordinary and I received what was perhaps the best customer service of my life! My phone received water damage and they were able to help me send the necessary documentation to my insurance company to get a full reimbursement. In the background, he ordered a identical, refurbished model of my original phone and had it available on hand the next day for me to purchase if I wanted. There was no pressure to buy, but this was a very intelligent business decision that turned out to be extremely helpful for me because I needed a new phone anyway. The refurbished model was in perfect condition and at an incredible price. He also went above and beyond and performed data recovery on my damaged phone, doing some pretty intense technology surgery and was able to successfully get my phone to turn on long enough so that I could get all of my photos off of it. Their pricing was incredible, their communication was great, and they were very fast for every step along the way. I spent a bit of time in the store over the course of a couple days and watched Nikhil interact with other customers. He was so incredibly professional, patient, and ethical. Great customer service is increasingly difficult to find these days, and it's definitely something I don't take for granted. It was really important to me that I leave this review because I want other people reading this to know that they will be in excellent hands if they choose to do business here. I would give this review six stars if I could... I will be a customer for life!

Excellent service! The guy was very polite, friendly and helpful. I dropped my phone and my phone screen split in half. I called a lot of places but the prices were high, but here since it wasn鈥檛 a big problem, they fixed it for free. Also fixed in 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend Dr. Phone fix for fixing phone problems in Regina!

I visited 糖心vlog in Grasslands Shopping, Regina on Thursday Nov. 21. My Google Pixel 8 USB-C port was not working very well. Flaky charging connection and also no headphone connection using USB to headphone adapter. I knew sometimes the port gets dirty and tried to clean it but not well enough. The nice young man took a look and with his specialized tool was able to remove a bunch of gunk from the port and now it works perfectly! And he did not charge me anything! Thank you, very nice of you! Now I can enjoy using my music with my headphones again.
